In my experience working in the service center to repair dead W!ndows systems in 90% of missing two great products – brainchild Sysinternals (now Microsoft) – ERD commander and build a certain cd.Etot Hiren’s boot disk is an attempt to combine all these products in a multiboot image.
In the assembly includes:
ERD commander 2005 to restore XP, 2k, server 2003
Hiren’s bootcd 9.8 (did not include the release of version 10, because there was noticed a bug in the script, find and fix did not make sense, because I was quite happy with 9.8)

SpeedFan is a program that monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. SpeedFan can even access S.M.A.R.T. info and show hard disk temperatures. SpeedFan supports SCSI disks too. SpeedFan can even change the FSB on some hardware (but this should be considered a bonus feature). SpeedFan can access digital temperature sensors and can change fan speeds accordingly, thus reducing noise.
